Nadine Runs Brighton Marathon in aid of SASBAH

Nadine marathonROTARIAN Nadine Ashford, pictured, ran the Brighton Marathon on Sunday April 12 for SASBAH and raised around £1000.
Nadine – a partner at Lawson Lewis Blakers in Hyde Gardens – completed the 26 miles in 3 hours and 40 minutes.
‘It was tough but I really enjoyed it – and it was all for a good cause,’ she said.
She chose SASBAH – the Sussex Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus – based at Gun Hill because she says it is a charity she has drawn inspiration from.
‘I have seen a lot of the good work the charity does through my involvement with Eastbourne AM Rotary Club, which supports SASBAH and has both the chair and chief executive as members,’ she said.

‘And what a better time to support SASBAH than 2015 – the 50th birthday for the charity.’
